If your reading this post then you probably can t fall asleep. You may think you have insomnia. Which is probably true if you can not fall alseep at night. It really does stink having this problem.
You may have tried all different kinds of ways to fall asleep. If your like me, none of them worked to good. Sure, you may have dozed for a little bit, but, it wasn’t enough so you aren’t tired the next day. A lot of people have sleep problems. They just can t fall asleep. They just put up with it and go on every day being tired.
If your like me, and you may be, you probably ask yourself every night, what is wrong. Why is it that I can t fall asleep? But where do you turn, how do you find out different ways to fall asleep that might work for you?
You lay there in bed starring at the ceiling waiting to get some rest. The problem is that the rest never comes because you are still awake. You may be laying there watching TV waiting to get so tired that you do drift off into lala land. And if it does happen, It doesn’t last for long.
Every day you find yourself falling asleep at work. That is not good. Especially if you work with equipment that can take your arm or leg off.
You may even try hanging out online chatting with other people until you feel so tired that you want to fall asleep. Only to discover that once your in bed, Hey-I’m wide awake. Now what. so you get back up and start all over again trying to find the answer to how to fall asleep.
I started this website to try and help people that have this problem. I had this problem for a long time. And in the next couple of posts I will tell you how I solved it. But I’m tired right now so I think I grab some sleep, before I can t fall asleep, and then come back and continue this.
